Chief Apostle Reginald Parker

Chief Apostle Reginald E. Parker was born June 10, 1960 in Monroe, Louisiana, the son of the late Robert C. Parker and Alberta Parker. He is Chief Apostle of Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry, Inc.

of New Port Richey, Florida, and now resides in Spring Hill. He pursued higher education with a focus on biblical studies, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree, and has preached across the length and breadth of the United States, with his voice carried by radio broadcast into other countries. Alongside his ministry he has built a long career in construction spanning forty-seven years, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Repar Enterprises, LLC, which serves clients across Arkansas and Louisiana and is now headquartered in Florida. He is married to Overseer Apostle Priscella Parker, and together they have built a blended family of seven children, fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
