showed up.
Nobody is paid to make this happen. Every year it is carried by people who took a day off, drove in, and stood at a door. There is a team for whatever you have.
The teams.
These are the ones that carry the convention week. Tell us which pulls at you, or say "anywhere" and we will place you.
Registration and the door
Check-in, wristbands, badges and the first face anyone sees.
Ushering
Seating the room, keeping aisles clear, and finding a seat for someone who came alone.
Hospitality
Meals, green rooms, guests and the ministers who travel in.
The youth track
Running the next-generation programme alongside the youth directors.
Children and daycare
Supervised care so parents can actually sit in a session. Screened roles.
Production and media
Sound, lighting, stage, cameras, and the recap film.
Prayer and altar
Intercession through the week and ministry at the altar.
Security and safety
Doors, VIP movement, and the medical team.
The marketplace
Load-in, the floor, and looking after vendors through the day.
Before you ask.
Most teams can use someone for a single shift. Say what you have and we will fit it.
Plenty of volunteers come from other churches, or from none. You need a willing hand.
Anyone serving in daycare or the youth track goes through a background check first. No exceptions.
